Key Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead the design, development, and launch of new products or enhancements to existing ones.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
  • Monitor the performance of the portfolio, including profitability, customer growth, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, product development expertise, and team leadership skills. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction across the credit card portfolio.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring customer experience with products is consistent, positive, and aligned with the brand.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.
  • Collaborating with risk management and compliance teams to ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Developing strategies to mitigate risk while optimizing product performance.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of product managers and other relevant staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
