Job Overview

To drive growth and success, we seek a seasoned Senior Manager Business Solutions professional who will lead our product vision and guide the team in delivering products to market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Determine product vision, product-market fit, product goals, and product roadmap.
  • Analyze online order flow through backroom channels and identify business requirements and output impact.
  • Conduct market research and leverage customer feedback to enhance existing features and identify new product opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with CX and Data teams to maintain a feedback loop and deliver customer-centric product builds.
  • Provide regular updates on key projects and initiatives to stakeholders and leadership.
Main Responsibilities

This role requires a deep understanding of product development, market trends, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, leadership skills, and experience in retail and related industries.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in product management role.
  • At least 5 years' experience in retail and/or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills for strategy and planning sessions.
  • Certifications in operations management and project management.
