Product Analyst and Project Lead Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Analyst and Project Lead to drive innovation through people. As a key member of our team, you will lead the success of our clients' products, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and business leaders to gather and analyze requirements, provide feedback on product strategies, and manage the product life cycle.

You will oversee project planning and execution while leveraging your expertise to ensure solutions meet customer needs and drive positive outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall strategy
  • Conducting user feedback sessions, usability testing, and creating user personas to guide development
  • Managing projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases
  • Ensuring product functionality and performance meet quality standards

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights, as well as strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to various stakeholders. Additionally, you should have project management experience managing complex software projects from planning to delivery.
