Product Strategy Leader

We are seeking a Product Strategy Leader to lead product development and maximize ROI. In this role, you will translate strategy and ideas into actionable product plans, driving successful execution from concept to launch.

As a key product leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, balance business objectives with user needs, and champion innovation. You will also mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

This includes:

  • Developing and articulating a clear product execution strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and the product and portfolio strategy
  • Managing the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic goals
  • Staying ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities
  • Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities and risks
  • Setting and tracking key product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform decision-making
  • Influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and compelling narratives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space, with highly desirable prior experience in the Testing and Quality Engineering industry
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, user research, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
