Our ideal candidate will be a skilled marketing professional who can develop and implement effective brand strategies across various digital platforms. They will lead the development of powerful brand stories, conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and predict future developments.

">About the Role

This is a dynamic and forward-thinking role that requires a highly skilled individual to manage multiple brands and deliver projects on time. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in content and brand strategy creation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include managing productions and leading a small production team, analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports with actionable insights, and collaborating with clients and working with Lit's teams across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will also have strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, experience in using tools for productivity and efficiency, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Must have
  • At least 2 years of experience in brands management in an agency setting
  • Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries
  • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple brands and deliver projects on time
  • Proven track record on content and brand strategy creation
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
  • Social media savvy and keeps up with the trends
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
