Position Overview:

The Brand Manager to lead our brand-building initiatives, oversee campaign execution, and drive impactful product launches. The Brand Manager will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, ensuring consistency across all channels, and leading a high-performing team to achieve marketing excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve business and brand goals.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Set clear performance objectives and ensure accountability.

Campaign & Product Launch Management

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and company goals.
  • Plan and oversee campaign/product launch strategies to maximize market penetration and consumer engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimizing for ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, digital, PR, agencies) for seamless execution.

Brand Awareness & Positioning

  • Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build strategies to increase brand visibility, awareness, and consumer loyalty.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and elevate brand perception.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience 3-5 years in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles. Experience in Beauty Industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing campaigns and product launches.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer insights, market research, and brand positioning.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in decision-making.
  • Results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Resilient under pressure, adaptable to change, and solution-oriented.
