Digital Transformation Leader

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms, managing online advertising campaigns, and leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance.

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager, focusing on lead generation and maximising ROI.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.

• Oversee HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals.
• Manage and update websites through HubSpot's CMS, ensuring accurate, up-to-date product information and SEO-friendly content.
• Implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.
• Optimise CRM for streamlined data tracking, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support lead handoff, tracking, and pipeline management within HubSpot.
• Ensure that product pages, landing pages, and other web assets are optimised for user experience, lead generation, and conversions.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Analyse HubSpot data for insights on lead quality, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.

• Develop and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimise ad performance.
• Track and analyse AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets, bids, and bid strategies to maximise ROI.
• Monitor and adjust targeting to align with evolving market trends and user behaviour.
• Coordinate with SEO team to ensure alignment and prevent keyword cannibalisation across paid and organic search.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies in the ever-changing digital landscape.
