Key Roles and Responsibilities

This position oversees the development, launch, and maintenance of lending products. It involves strategic planning, market analysis, and stakeholder management to ensure product alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. They must be able to communicate effectively across teams and negotiate with external partners.

A successful Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop targeted strategies to increase revenue.

Product Lifecycle Management

This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch optimization. The incumbent will implement processes for continuous product improvement based on customer feedback, regulatory updates, and market trends.

They will oversee cross-functional project teams to deliver product initiatives on time and foster a collaborative environment with clear responsibilities and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in product management, product analysis, or business development within financial services.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to sales and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
