Job Description

As a senior legal professional, you will play a key role in supporting all legal matters related to FinTech and payments impacting the company globally. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned expert with extensive experience in FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services law.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or a major tech company. Strong project management skills are essential for this role.

  • Ensure compliance in all payments and FinTech activities.
  • Advise on product initiatives globally, from design to lifecycle management.
  • Lead negotiations and contractual arrangements for FinTech, payments, and finance team activities.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in technology, risk, compliance, and finance, interacting with senior stakeholders within and outside the organization.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are required for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 12 years of experience in:

FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services law

Strong project management and leadership skills

Excellent writing, negotiation, and communication skills
