About the Role

This Operations Associate position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic fintech environment, where you will be responsible for reviewing and processing client transactions, monitoring bank/wallet/account balances, and performing reconciliation tasks.

You will also have the chance to participate in periodic rotations across various operations roles within different functions, gaining holistic exposure to the company's processes and equipping yourself with foundational skills transferable to bigger roles.

After one year of learning, growth, and performance evaluation, you may be eligible for fast-tracked promotion.
