Highly Skilled Software Tester Wanted

About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing professional to join our global organization Our development team has transitioned into a Scaled Agile environment and is looking for someone with extensive experience in Test Automation.

In This Position, You Will Be Responsible For:

• Participating in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define clear and achievable acceptance criteria.
• Defining test plans and strategies and performing manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects (e.g., acceptance, integration, system, performance, adaptability, regression).
• Crafting and developing test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing across the SDLC.
• Integrating AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage, predict defects, and generate intelligent test data.
• Contributing to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability.
• Analyzing test coverage and results, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.
• Participating in code reviews and promoting standard processes in testability and maintainability.
• Continuously improving testing processes, tools, and frameworks by staying updated on industry trends.

Your Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in software testing and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results You should also have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
• Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities (e.g., requirements analysis, tool development, CI/CD support).
• Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design.
• Experience in automated and manual test script development and execution.
• Familiarity with Agile testing approaches like TDD/BDD and best practices such as exploratory testing and risk-based analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Involvement in multi-tiered or complex system development.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as: Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Coded UI, Cucumber, Gherkin, Xamarin Test Cloud, TestFlight, SpecFlow.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Google Gemini.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) applied in desktop, mobile, and/or web development projects.
