Job Overview

As a seasoned administrator, you will be responsible for managing various tasks and projects with exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative duties such as responding to emails, handling vendor and tenant calls, scheduling appointments, following up on work orders, updating meeting agendas, and taking minutes during meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between tenants, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Initiate and close work orders while ensuring timely completion.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by developing SOPs and process documentation.
  • Enter data into software from leases.
  • Assist in screening tenants and drafting leases from templates for approval.
  • Oversee multiple projects and tasks across programs and functions, maintaining open communication lines to address challenges promptly.
  • Maintain a weekly task list and ensure tasks are completed.
  • Monitor compliance issues and resolve them collaboratively with relevant parties.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Administrator or in a similar role. They should also possess proven experience in organizing and directing multiple projects and tasks, familiarity with web-based project management tools, and proficiency with word-processing software, spreadsheets, and CRMs.

Work Arrangements

This is a remote job that requires working within US business hours according to the client's schedule. Occasional weekend work may be required due to business needs.
