The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, direction, and control of activities on assembly lines in accordance with delivery plans and quality standards. This includes maintaining the delivery of supplies and services for continuous operation in production, repairing equipment and facilities, troubleshooting electrical systems, plumbing, and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts daily monitoring of facilities and equipment
  • Performs scheduled preventive maintenance activities for air-conditioning systems, ovens, exhaust system, UPS, water pumps, DI and waste water treatment plant
  • Operates and maintains facility's emergency equipment such as chiller, AHU, genset, UPS, fire extinguishers, and fire pumps
  • Troubleshooting and repair of electrical system such as power panel, breaker, oven controls, convenience outlet, and other major facilities equipment
  • Monitoring of resources consumptions such as gas, energy, water, and chemicals
  • Monitoring and inspection of all fire fighting equipment such as fire alarm system, fire extinguisher, fire pump, and fire hydrant system
  • Act as company's fire brigade
  • Understand SOX requirements and compliance
  • Perform other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
  • Experience in troubleshooting and facility & equipment maintenance
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal relations
