Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the maintenance and operation of physical assets and facilities.

About This Role:
  • Manage a team to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • E nsure facility compliance with regulations, including safety standards and environmental guidelines
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime
  • Oversight of budgets related to facility management

We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, technical expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general construction, and excellent communication skills. Experience in retail or commercial property management is beneficial.

  2. Facility Compliance Management
  3. Maintenance Planning and Oversight
