Business Support Specialist Role

This position involves assisting sales operations and executive teams with proactive and detail-oriented tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate calendars, emails, and meetings for executives
  • Analyze and prepare sales reports using advanced Excel techniques
  • Maintain CRM records and update client databases efficiently
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely sales materials and updates
  • Draft professional documents, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense tracking, and file organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, executive assistance, or administrative roles
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Zoho CRM or Pipedrive
  • Experience with productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong data entry and reporting skills
