Senior Product Specialist

This is a remote position involving the entire product development process, working across multiple functions to transform initial concepts into commercial products.
The ideal candidate will be involved in identifying development needs, conducting market research, and selecting suppliers while ensuring quality standards are met.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills are required for success in this role.
A good understanding of Western consumer markets and experience in product development are necessary qualifications for this position.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify development needs and build a strong product pipeline with the PD Lead.
- Evaluate new product ideas with a customer-centric approach through market research.
- Communicate requirements and select ideal suppliers for each project.
- Ccoordinate with team members to ensure supplier compliance and quality standards are met.
- Manage project timelines and keep stakeholders updated.
- 3-5 years of experience in product development, ideally in baby, kids, or toys categories.
- 1-2 years of project management experience.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-directed and motivated to push projects forward.
- Good understanding of Western consumer markets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
