Product Strategist - User Experience

The future of omnichannel fulfillment is here.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist with over 5 years of experience in UX design to contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing complex design tasks, conducting user research, creating design deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing organization and contribute to the development of innovative products.

  • Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution.
  • Lead user research, recruit participants, facilitate discussions, and present findings.
  • Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs.
  • Write effective UI copy and contribute to our design system.
  • Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
  • Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to create an inclusive user experience.
  • Deliver projects on time, articulating their impact to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems.
