
Accounts Administration Professional

The AU Accounts Administrator will perform accounts payable and receivable tasks for the Marketing team, including entering invoices in a spreadsheet to MYOB company. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Administration role with excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, at least intermediate level in MS Excel, ability to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.

- Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable for the Marketing team
- Entering invoices in the spreadsheet to MYOB company
- Categorising invoices by department and portfolio auction depending on expenditure
- Invoice processing
- Reconciliation
- Data input/entry per company
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Administration role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook)
- At least intermediate level in MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and show high attention to detail
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A motivated team player with a willingness to help others and flexible manner
- Punctual, reliable and flexible
- Accountable and takes ownership of tasks and role
