Workday HCM Analyst Consultant

An exceptional professional is sought to provide support to Implementation projects and Application Managed Services enhancements across various regions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in core Workday functionality and future product direction.

The successful candidate will possess 3 years' experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction. Strong consulting and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.

A Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent is mandatory. Active HCM Workday Certification is a must, and Workday Functional Supplemental Certification is an advantage.

This role will be based in Manila Office - Remote Work. Shifts may vary due to the global nature of the job. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced HR transformation consulting practice.

  • Execute day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for various client contracts.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production clients.

Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge with others to grow the practice.
