Workday Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our delivery service, you will work closely with clients to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions.

  • You will be responsible for managing your own workload and working independently to deliver high-quality results.
  • You will work closely with team members to understand customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • You will also be responsible for supporting more junior members of the team and sharing your knowledge with them.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To implement and configure Workday solutions for global customers
  • To work closely with team members and independently to manage workload
  • To support junior team members and share knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
  • Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
  • Able to plan workload and meet deadlines
