
Sales Performance Specialist

We are building a focused outbound sales engine to connect with key decision-makers in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand space. As our Sales Development Representative, you will manage a prioritized list of leads, execute a multi-channel outreach strategy, and book qualified discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities- Prospect Research & List Hygiene:
- Enrich and prioritize leads against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Multi-Channel Outreach:
- Implement a 6-step, 10-day outreach cadence across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Personalize at least one line per contact.
- Cold Calling:
- Achieve daily call targets, navigate gatekeepers, and handle objections effectively.
- Booking Qualified Meetings:
- Schedule 30-minute discovery calls with key decision-makers or strong influencers at DTC brands.
- Data Discipline:
- Log all activities in our CRM on the same day.
- Maintain accurate deal stages and follow-up tasks.
- Collaboration:
- Participate in daily huddles, role-plays, and coaching sessions.
- Contribute to outbound playbook improvements.
- Meetings Booked: At least 5 qualified discovery calls/month (targeting 10+).
- Quality Standard:
- Decision-maker/influencer at a DTC brand within ICP.
- 30-min call booked and attended (or rescheduled within 7 days).
- Minimum fit signals logged (revenue, category, pain points).
- Activity & Conversion: Consistent multi-touch volume with improving connect/reply rates.
