Customer Support Specialist

TalentPop is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide top-notch customer service and ensure that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable.

  • You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with ease and accuracy.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

What You'll Do:

  1. Respond to Customers: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  2. Handle Inquiries: Resolve product-related issues, track orders, process returns, and address account concerns.
  3. Use Gorgias and Shopify: Leverage these tools to efficiently manage tickets and deliver exceptional support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Hands-on Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience working with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Independence and Multi-tasking: Be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathy and Reliability: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns.
  • Teamwork and Attention to Detail: Showcase a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.
