Property Management Specialist

As a Property Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a property or portfolio of properties. This includes managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, as well as experience in rent collection, invoicing, accounts management, and property transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Communication: Manage tenant inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Lease Compliance: Ensure tenants are aware of and comply with lease terms and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Collect rent, manage accounts payable and receivable, and process payroll for maintenance technicians.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in Rent Collection: Proven ability to collect rent on time and manage delinquencies.
  • Accounts Management: Experience managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Property Transactions: Knowledge of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
