**Job Overview**

The primary objective of this role is to perform various bookkeeping functions, including XERO Payroll, bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and preparing payables and receivables reports.

For success in this position, the ideal candidate will possess experience with Australian clients, proficiency in Xero and DEXT or Hubdocs, and experience with Xero payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, and BAS/IAS preparation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process XERO Payroll, including processing timesheets, superannuation, and PAYG compliance
  • Handle bank reconciliation and Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Process bills using DEXT and Hubdocs
  • Prepare payables and receivables reports
  • Manage sales invoicing
  • Conduct XERO Projects tracking and reporting
  • Complete end-to-end preparation of BAS/IAS
  • Prepare management reports, cashflow forecasts, and budgets
  • Manage the client accounts email inbox
Requirements:
  • Bookkeeping experience with Australian clients
  • Proficiency in Xero and experience using DEXT or Hubdocs
  • Experience with Xero payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, and BAS/IAS preparation and reporting
  • Strong accountability and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
