About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Clerk for our shoe products division at Best Reliable Resources Internationale' in Newport City, Pasay City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and assisting customers with their shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a neat and organised sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively
  • Restock and replenish merchandise as needed
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to help customers find the perfect shoes
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle any complaints or concerns
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the shoe or fashion industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organised work environment
  • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the latest shoe trends and styles
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
