Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, with a proven track record of accurately managing financial records and ensuring timely payment and invoicing. The role requires proficiency in automated financial and accounting reporting systems such as Quickbooks, Sage 50, ERP, and SAP.

Key responsibilities include general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, expense report submission, month-end adjusting entries, and preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents and reports.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized financial records, processing credit memos, and reconciling entries.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge and proficiency in automated financial and accounting reporting systems
  • Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, reconciliation, and audit
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle numerous deadlines

Qualifications:
