Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial tasks and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash-flow statements.
  • Collaborate with the team to support job costing, allocate materials, labour, and overhead to relevant projects.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support, prepare reports, and compile project documents.

Requirements
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping using Xero.
  • Proficiency with Dext (or similar receipt-capturing tools).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping workflows: invoicing, reconciliation, tracking expenses, and job costing.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in both financial and admin tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
