Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead the migration of business operations into Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will strategize and execute migration, ensure seamless data transfer, set up user roles and permissions, integrate with third-party platforms, train internal stakeholders, and provide system administration and issue resolution.

The selected candidate will be responsible for migrating legacy systems into Zoho applications, including inventory, customer database, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations. They will also be responsible for transferring customer information, inventory SKUs, order history, and billing systems. Additionally, they will set up user roles, permissions, and workflows in Zoho One, integrate Zoho with e-commerce, shipping, payment, and communication platforms, and develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking.
