Job Title:

Business Systems Migration Specialist

Job Summary:

A seasoned professional is sought to spearhead the migration of business operations to Zoho One, encompassing inventory management, customer relationship management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate critical business data to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM and Books for efficient sales and financial management.
  • Set up automation tools like Deluge scripts, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for seamless third-party integrations.
  • Develop custom workflows to enhance efficiency and automate tasks.
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Perform ongoing system maintenance, updates, and enhancements based on business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven expertise in Zoho One applications, including CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Desk, and Creator.

Experience in data migration, especially for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho.

Strong knowledge of automation tools, API integrations, and business process optimization.

Background in retail or jewelry industry, with excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency.

Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.
