Training and Events Coordinator

Job Summary:
TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with Learning and Development (L&D) programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for sending confirmation emails, coordinating with employees, and preparing for training events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and employee engagement activities.
- Sourcing and coordinating with vendors for event venues and logistics.
- Designing marketing materials and creative assets for events.
- Monitoring and distributing raffle items and giveaways to employees.
- Providing administrative support to the EE/L&D team.
Qualifications:
- College graduate in HR-related courses or related field.
- Experience in recruitment, events management, and training administration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in design applications such as Photoshop and Canva.
- Previous experience in hosting or speaking at events is an asset.
