Executive Team Supervisor Role

This role requires a leader to guide and motivate remote teams, delivering exceptional client experiences. As our Executive Team Supervisor, you'll play a vital part in leading, coaching, and managing our Virtual Assistant team.

You will focus on guiding team members to reach their full potential while fostering a collaborative, client-centric environment.

  • Manage a team of Executive Assistants, promoting a positive, productive, and engaging work culture. Ensure each team member understands their goals and has the resources they need to succeed.
  • Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs. Regularly meet with each VA to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback for growth.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.
  • Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
  • Encourage VAs to share insights and identify areas for personal and professional development. Develop initiatives that inspire ongoing learning and growth within the team.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation. A proven track record in supervisory roles, managing and coaching remote teams, is also essential.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, GSuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
Job Requirements:

A reliable computer, professional microphone headset, and a clean & professional background/audio environment for video calls with customers are necessary. You must be available to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week.
