Job Responsibilities
  • Transcription: Capture key points during live or recorded calls with precision and accuracy.
  • Call Preparation: Organize daily call lists and agendas to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Schedule Coordination: Manage meeting schedules, including adjustments, cancellations, and time zone considerations.
  • Report Management: Compile insightful reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Virtual File Management: Keep virtual files organized and accessible for efficient collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, calendar appointments, and other operational tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Relationship Skills: Develop a natural ability to connect, collaborate, and foster trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Technical Setup:
  • Intel Core i3 (6th-12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent.
