About This Role">

This is a leadership position responsible for guiding a team of top-tier assistants who handle client accounts. The role plays a crucial part in developing and elevating team member performance through coaching, guidance, and support.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Success Coach will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Team Development & Coaching: Build strong relationships with team members through regular check-ins and coaching sessions. Provide guidance and support to assistants as they work on their tasks.

  • Client & Assistant Management: Facilitate and oversee client-assistant onboarding, recognize additional client needs, communicate with clients regarding assistant performance and quality concerns, and offer assistant replacement when needed.

  • Performance Management: Monitor daily assistant performance and stats in coordination with other departments, review output to ensure it meets client standards, maintain, document, and track KPIs and metrics, and strategize to hit goals and improve areas of opportunity.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments for assistant or client-related concerns, send feedback to Matching for assistant rematching, attend weekly meetings and report to direct manager regarding team status, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues, payment problems, and software concerns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in a remote work environment.

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or operations.

  • Proficiency in learning new software platforms and implementing effective performance management strategies.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects, establish priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
