  • Respond promptly to client escalations, working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth operations.
  • Evaluate shipment metrics to ensure consistency with client expectations.
  • Build relationships with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate successful shipment lifecycles.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to react swiftly while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Embracing change and adapting to new processes and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PP.
