This position involves collaborating within a team as an Assessment and Development Coach, delivering exceptional assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training recommendations for sales opportunities, customer experiences, and staff engagement.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct quality evaluations of sales and service interactions
- Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients
- Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person
- Contribute to training strategy and deliverables
- Build client rapport and identify improvement areas
- Recognise and act on sales opportunities
- Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions
- 3+ years in sales/customer service roles
- 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles
- Experience evaluating inbound & outbound calls and emails
- SME business environment experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Adaptable coaching approach to empower diverse learning styles
- Demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration
- Strong commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes
- Customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Own reliable transport
