Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Score each call from 1 to 5 in different performance metrics: communication, approach, resolution accuracy, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide constructive feedback in written form to clients in real-time.
- Develop and manage a QA scorecard template using Excel.
- Design a dashboard to visualize teammate performance and improvement.
- Participate in weekly calls to discuss client satisfaction scores, trends, and suggestions.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Strong listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and sound judgment
- Effective time management and adaptability
Home Workspace Requirements:
- A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps
- A computer with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor equivalent
- A noise-cancelling headset
- Backup internet and power outage backup systems
- Dual monitor setup
