Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This remote role involves delivering top-notch IT service to employees at all levels, ensuring seamless support and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance for PCs and Apple mobile devices.
