Our company seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive the development and launch of innovative products that meet customer needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, experience working in the healthcare industry, and proficiency in agile methodologies. You should also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a strategic mindset to translate business goals into actionable product plans.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders to create clear product roadmaps and strategies. You will monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and act as the primary contact for technology teams. You will also ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all product deliverables.

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of market trends and be able to analyze them to identify opportunities for innovation within the healthcare industry. You will prepare and present product updates and performance reports to leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with the healthcare industry's goals and user requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to create clear product roadmaps and strategies
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Act as the primary contact for technology teams, providing guidance and resolving any roadblocks during development
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all product deliverables
  • Facilitate sprint planning and review sessions to keep projects on track
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for innovation within the healthcare industry
  • Prepare and present product updates and performance reports to leadership teams
Requirements:
  • A strong background in product management within the technology field
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or on related projects
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools for product development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans
