Job Overview
  • The Director of People & Culture will oversee all aspects of human resources, focusing on fostering a high-performance work environment that empowers employees to achieve excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. They will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Vision
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering insights and solutions for workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee performance management processes to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Culture & Employee Experience
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Ensure alignment between organizational values and day-to-day operations.
Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect best practices.
Team Development
  • Lead and mentor the People & Culture team, fostering their growth and development.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee well-being and professional growth.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
  • Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and measure the success of initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a director or similar.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A track record of driving cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing HR teams.
