Marketing Management involves coordinating the entire marketing process to meet business objectives.

The role requires overseeing multiple channels and projects simultaneously, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring that campaigns align with company goals.

  • Campaign Management: Devise, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across diverse platforms. Track and manage campaign budgets efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with teams from all EY service lines, geographies, and sectors to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Employ analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to fine-tune campaigns and identify enhancement opportunities. Produce comprehensive performance reports for executive-level stakeholders.

This position also involves providing essential administrative support to the team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and presentation preparation. Conceptualize, organize, and execute hybrid events such as webinars, podcasts, and roundtables, targeting and engaging pertinent buyer segments.

To qualify for this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of end-to-end campaign management experience and over 9 years in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services or similar sectors.

A successful Marketing Manager will bring expertise in managing global-level processes and projects, as well as event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management. Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and bridging expectations with capabilities is also desirable.
