We're seeking an experienced professional to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence across various departments. In this crucial role, you'll manage comprehensive data handling for Loss Prevention, Operations, Quality, and Training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize data handling processes across Operations, Quality, Training, Onboarding, Fulfillment, and HR departments.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision making.
  • Design and implement executive dashboards and operational reporting systems for leadership teams.
  • Create department-specific analytics and performance measurement tools.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics that drive organizational performance and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 2-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL querying.
  • Proven experience with reporting and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
