Job Description

The primary function of this role is to conduct transaction monitoring and root cause analysis to drive quality assurance and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Monitoring - Audit transactions against quality assurance requirements to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Reporting - Develop and maintain Customer Experience reports for various stakeholders.
  • Targeted Analysis - Review and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Flagging Behaviours - Investigate customer complaints and non-compliance issues, recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Calibrations and Call Listening - Prepare for calibration meetings, ensure compliance with deadlines, and actively participate in discussions.
  • New Hire/Nesting Support - Conduct audits to provide immediate findings to Operations and training departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer experience principles and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
