Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power Plant Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safe and efficient operation of the power plant, machine room, and all their accessories and auxiliaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs as required.
  • Supervise and coordinate with other technicians to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with departments to prioritize work orders and achieve guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in hotel emergency response teams (ERT) and provide technical assistance to contractors and suppliers.
  • Utilize computer applications for documentation and task management.
Requirements
  • Proper bearing, good health, physical fitness, neat & pleasant demeanor.
  • At least 5 years experience in the same field.
  • Certificate from Technical College in Mechanics or Electricity or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated awareness of OH&S policies and procedures.
  • High-quality work, good communication & problem-solving skills, organizational and training abilities.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and aptitude to learn.
  • Leads by example.
  • Communicates and writes fluently in English and local language.
