Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Content Specialist to lead our online presence and drive growth across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer journeys and community building, with expertise in digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display. They will be responsible for managing all content across digital platforms, creating compelling and trend-driven content that reflects the brand and resonates with our audience.

The successful candidate will also be able to monitor media, social, and pop culture for trending stories relevant to our community, drive traffic and engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies, and optimise the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalisation.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Manage all content across digital platforms, including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.
  • Create compelling and trend-driven content that reflects the brand and resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor media, social, and pop culture for trending stories relevant to our community.
  • Drive traffic and engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies.
