Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations across multiple countries, developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with business objectives and legal frameworks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, leveraging expertise in talent acquisition, compliance, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Oversight of talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, leadership & team management, compliance & risk management, and EHS compliance.
  • Serve as acting HR lead in the absence of the Regional HR Senior Manager, providing oversight and strategic direction for HR operations.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate Degree/MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent global qualification, over 20 years of experience in General HR.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR leadership roles within multicultural environments (BPO/Shared Services), strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and global HR compliance standards.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement, experience in HR policy development and execution at a corporate level.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll management, and modern HR tools, excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Additional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, CHRM, SHRM-CP, or equivalent), experience working in regional or global HR roles.
  • Exposure to HR technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives, background in change management, mergers & acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
  • Experience handling EHS compliance within HR, multilingual skills (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin) for regional collaboration.
  • Experience in HR analytics and AI-driven recruitment tools.
