Job Description
As a Human Resources Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing our human resources policies, programs, and strategies. This includes managing the HR department, offering strategic HR insights, and overseeing all facets of human resources, such as hiring, payroll, compensation, safety and health, performance management, training and development, and administrative services. You will also maintain databases of employee information and create reports on general HR assessments. Stay informed about the latest HR trends and best practices, and organize and cultivate good working relationships with staff members at all levels and across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 3-5 years of HR Supervisor experience, preferably within a travel agency/BPO company. You should have handled 100-200 employees, and experience with having at least 3 HR subordinates is a plus. You should also be able to start as soon as possible.
