Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Associate to join our team. This key role involves analyzing data, historical trends, and real-time information to provide actionable recommendations that optimize daily objectives within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, and maintain inbound service level goals, department expectations, and employee adherence.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to demonstrate adherence to scheduled events within site.
  • Assist in workforce planning and provide data to the Global Command Center to ensure employees are assigned correctly to the right queue or line of business.
  • Collaborate with other teams to make schedule recommendations regarding out-of-seat activity, VTO, and overtime.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or equivalent is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree or undergraduate studies with relevant work experience is highly desirable.
