  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; 1 year BPO experience is preferred
  • Financial background with collections experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work onsite (Alabang) and adapt to shifting schedules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
