Customer Success Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-value services to hospitality customers across the region.

  • The ideal candidate will excel at building lasting relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs, and tailoring solutions that add significant value to their business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solution Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating expertise in Lightspeed solutions and guiding them through upgrades from basic to advanced platforms.
  • Acount Growth: Drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet revenue targets and maximise account growth.
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new customers, setting them up for long-term success.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, account management, or sales development is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of solution-based sales in a SaaS environment and proficiency in Salesforce.com is required.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are vital for managing multiple customer accounts and meeting sales targets.
