The ideal candidate will be able to effectively identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to support their success using our product.
This will be achieved by developing an appropriate level of communication with stakeholders to better understand and mitigate any issues the clients may face.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to communicate with all stakeholders in clients' success
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their objectives
- Maintain regular visits to clients to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage reporting on the health of clients' accounts
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach
- Able to travel as required
